Shipping policy

All Hollyhocks & Honey products are thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care in Northern Michigan. Please allow 10-15 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom Orders require 15-21 business days for processing. During busy seasons or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, if your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help.
